Andre Messika began his journey in the diamond industry as a thirteen-year-old Tunisian immigrant in France, where he discovered his calling while peering through a loupe at a diamond. Over the years, he rose to become one of Paris’s most influential B2B diamond suppliers and expanded his business globally. Today, Andre Messika Diamonds stands as one of the world’s leading firms in diamond sourcing, supplying, and manufacturing, distinguished by its advanced traceability solutions. Andre later co-founded Messika Paris with his daughter, Valerie, and continues to actively serve as chairman and board member across the Messika family enterprises.

Carlo Georg

Partner & Chief Investment Officer

With over 30 years of experience in trading and portfolio management, Carlo specializes in relative value and quantitative trading strategies, particularly within equity, credit, and volatility markets. He established the Hong Kong office of the New York-based hedge fund D. E. Shaw, one of the world’s most successful relative value funds. Carlo later served as Chief Investment Officer at KBC Alternative Investment Management, a prominent European hedge fund in the 2000s, earning numerous industry accolades. He also co-founded Paris Capital Partners, a hedge fund focused on systematic volatility strategies. A Luxembourg national, Carlo holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Lior Messika

Lior Messika began his career managing the Messika family’s investments outside of jewelry and diamonds, redirecting their investment strategies toward modern asset management and venture capital. He went on to found EdenBlock, a venture capital firm focused on Web3 and blockchain infrastructure. Now regarded as a leading figure in the NFT space, Lior has co-founded startups and communities within the BAYC universe. Today, he serves as General Partner at EdenBlock, bridging traditional finance with emerging digital technologies.

Ben Messika

COO

Ben Messika started his career within the Messika family’s investment ventures as an analyst, collaborating closely with his older brother Lior on the family’s venture capital initiatives. Over time, he refined their real estate investment strategies and took on a more hands-on role in managing the complex operational aspects of the Messika family enterprises as they grew. Currently, Ben works closely with Andre in leading the strategic and operational efforts of the Messika family enterprises and serves as a Board Observer for Messika Paris, playing an integral role in the family’s diverse business interests.
